Refund Policy
We want you to love using PixelTouch. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Refunds are handled by the app store from which you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). If you believe you were charged in error or didn’t receive the features promised, please request a refund through your store’s system.
In general, we follow these refund principles:
Purchases made within the last 48 hours may be eligible for a refund via your app store.
If there is a technical issue that prevents app usage, and we cannot resolve it, we may assist with a refund request.
Subscriptions canceled after the billing date will not be refunded for the current billing period.
